The titles of the screens "New User, Forgot Password, About MindLogger" are not centered on the android version #807

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch the app
  2. Tap on the ''New User"/"Forgot Password"/"What is MindLogger?" link
  3. Pay attention to the location of the titles

Actual result: The titles of the screens "New User, Forgot Password, About MindLogger" are not centered on the android version Screenshot_2020-03-06-15-03-16-490_lab.childmindinstitute.data.png Expected result: The titles of the screens "New User, forgot password, About MindLogger" should be aligned to the center

Environment: Xiaomi Mi 8 // Android 8.1.0 MindLogger version: 0.11.4
