The "Continuous Slider"/Turn off Tick Marks Labels'' options are missing on the item form for the 'stackedSlider' Input type #268

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to the site https://admin-new.mindlogger.org/ (janet@ss.com // 123456)
  2. Go to the applet builder
  3. Add an item to the activity
  4. Select the 'stackedSlider' input type
  5. Observe the form

1 - Turn off tick marks option is updated for a regular slider and is out of scope for a stacked slider. 2 - Use continuous slider is missing: image.png
