As an editor, I want to add a watermark to the applet so that there is an image shown on every screen when a user takes an activity

Requirements *Allow the editor to upload an image to the applet that will be shown as a watermark on all pages. ** Show Applet watermark with icon to upload image

Watermarks are not shared in the applet library if a user is copying an applet, activity or item
Show watermark on all screens created
