Some of the uploaded images aren't downloaded after clicking on the filename #691

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a site https://admin-staging.mindlogger.org/
  2. Log in
  3. Create a new applet
  4. Upload the applet image from URL
  5. Click on the Applet name and click on the filename
  6. Pay attention to the screen

Actual result Some of the uploaded images aren't downloaded after clicking on the filename

Expected result All uploaded images can be downloaded after clicking on the filename

@binaryExDev stated "It works for images uploaded to ML and about 50% of images uploaded with Urls. But some website domains don't allow the other sites to download their images."

Lets backlog knowing some websites cause a CORS error when using an URL
