Add min/max-width for the "View all contributions" table columns #187

Actual result: The same columns have different widths on every page. The width of columns depends on the content, sometimes the table has too narrow or too wide columns and a horizontal scroll.

Expected result: All the columns should have a min/max possible width and the same columns should be the same width on all the pages. The "View all contributions table shouldn't have a horizontal scroll OR the scroll bar should be visible on the top as well (because when the table is long, it is not possible to scroll right/left without scrolling to the very bottom or changing the view.

@mtg137 could you make a few more changes, please: 1 - set up for "Edited by" column the same width as the "Original owner" has 2 - change the vertical-align in the cells to top
