[UI] The age selector dropdown list height increases after hovering the down/up arrow instead of scrolling #198

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a site and log in https://admin-staging.mindlogger.org/
  2. Create an activity with age selector item (diapason at least 1 - 30 or bigger)
  3. Save the activity
  4. Start an activity on the webapp (macOS Chrome or Safari)
  5. Scroll the list (hover the down/up arrow) and pay attention to the screen

Actual result The age selector dropdown list height increases after hovering the down/up arrow instead of scrolling

Expected result The age selector dropdown list scrolls after hovering the down/up arrow
