UI : Banner driven pages need a timeout #7

Mouseovers trigger a page for 'Donate', 'Mobile Wallet', and eventually all others....but to go back to the main page the user has to mouseover the title.

Its not obvious - a long timer to close the page should be triggered by the mouseover (so it can timeout with no action), and a short timer triggered by a mouseout.

Changed banners UI, now they're just buttons that open external links & no local page.
