UI : s2y transaction output format is wrong #8

The 'SHIELDED' output should span two cells, it only spans one.

It is correct for y2y transactions, so copy that.

Fixed.

Transaction components shown as a table, SHIELDED parts used colspan=2, did not render properly when there was only one component.

Same problem affected inputs.
