Thumbnails in link-galleries directive are not displayed correctly #13

Two issues with the link-galleries directive:

  1. If the notebook has an uppercase letters, the thumbnail is not displayed correctly because the latter only contains lowercase
  2. The "alt" image (i.e. no thumbnail could be found) should be the no_image.png file
