Add name based selection of boards to launch configuration #18

using board ids isn't user friendly, names would be better.

imo id numbers are faster, and id argue 80% of the users wont ever have more than 1 eeg so once the number is known its memorized, more options are always better!

Alright, The linked PR has changes for it where it can still use the board ids as usual, but using the names would be much easier to use as a first time user
