I would love to propose an idea to catch Package.swift platform target inconsistencies but I have no solution :)

I really appreciate this change, but I'm actually going to be removing this class anyways. Let's merge, but please don't rely on that.

I'm not using that. Just fixing local tests to verify I'm not breaking the rest :)
