fix question mark not allowed on windows platform -> very annoying :)
add account/update_profile_banner api call

The Windows filename issue has been resolved by now. Could you please rebase as the account/update_profile_banner method looks fine to me - unless @ChimeraCoder considers this out-of-scope for this library.
