Adding capability to upload "media enhanced" SNES games in a single-file format

ROMs and files will need to be ZIPed into a single (and single-level) file after the rom and it's extension

Example:

gamerom.sfc.zip |- gamerom.sfc |- gamerom.msu |- gamerom-1.pcm |- gamerom-2.pcm ... |- gamerom-999.pcm

There is a white pixel "artifact" in the platform image here too.

THis little artifacts are gonna be the death of me. I think I got it, and hopefully this is the last vestige of that thing.
