Audio Delay 1-3s on Start of Playback on HDMI #643

I am running the latest ChimeraOS on my Aya Neo 2021 edition. When playing audio over HDMI, if no audio has been playing for a few seconds, then the next time I start playing audio it does not play any sound for a second or so. Then, the audio plays and lines up normally. Is there a setting somewhere I can tweak to adjust this?

Is this specific to a certain TV/monitor or all TVs? Some TVs have a known latency problem which is why they have game mode to remove latency and post processing.

Per my post over here I'm seeing this on desktop hardware as well.
