Can confirm - does not work on my ally.
Can you confirm it also not working when you enable force composite from the developer settings?
No - enabling that option does not change anything.
I have been able to reproduce and narrow it down to gamescope. Both -git and latest -plus have issues. 3.11.51 from the arch repos work for me.
You could try downgrading gamescope. But you'll lose the -plus changes (mostly streaming, resolution fixes and intel support)
I'll see if I can bisect
In other words, if you want this now. (-plus changes be damned)
sudo frzr-unlock
wget https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/g/gamescope/gamescope-3.11.51-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
sudo pacman -U gamescope-3.11.51-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
Thanks, I will wait for an official fix :)

What’s the status on this?
Bug is still present on 45 unstable, tested on Legion Go.
Still works on 43-1, which I'm running on a GPD Win 4.
It is fixed for me on unstable now. Can you verify?

Installed chimeraOS unstable earlier today on my Legion Go, I had to enable Use Native Color Temperature
under the Display
settings. Afterwards, Night mode seemed to be working as-expected.
I did upgrade to 44 yesterday. While HDR does work fine (yay!), Night mode did not apply at all. It does not matter if i disable hdr, reenable night mode or whatever. I flipped switches for like 5 min and no night mode showed up. Another reboot did not help too.
Please make it working again <3
