Qualcomm QCNFA765 driver (Wireless doesn't work on steamdeck oled) #834

Just got a steamdeck oled and it has a Broadcom QCNFA765, which Chimera doesn't seem to have drivers for on stable or unstable (2023-12-15).

FWIW, I believe it has the driver but missing firmware.

We don't have support for the OLED deck currently.
