Openrc Support #16

To the best of my knowledge nobody involved with the project uses openrc. Anyway, I am not even sure what part depends on systemd

gamescope-session-plus uses systemctl

I am looking at potentially removing the dependency on systemd in gamescope-session-plus. I don't really know why it is there. We just copied what Valve was doing, but it doesn't seem to serve a purpose and might even be causing some problems.
