configuration: disable selinux, virtualization guest drivers, agp gpus and more unused drivers

selinux requires the whole userspace to be rebuilt: this makes it not worth to be compiled into kernels we use.

Also disable drivers that are not being associated with gaming such as iio gas sensors and iio pressure sensors.
