feat: Payment History Dashboard

Description

We need to create a dashboard that allows maintainers and contributors to view the payment history of all transactions. This will include:

• Contributor's GitHub username
• Payment method used (e.g., Email, Interledger payment pointer)
• Payment status (e.g., pending, successful, failed)
• Date of transaction
• Amount

The dashboard should be automatically updated once the Chimoney GitHub bot sends a payout.
