I made a few quick designs of my own. Let me know what you think, if you want to make any changes or if this isn't want you're looking for at all.

Since this was just a badge icon and not a logo, I went for something very simplistic and straight to the point. I thought of having something like the github branch icon, but instead having it 1 branch for 1 contribution while also making it look like a level up from start to next contribution.
