Re-Implement Audio Focus #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start playing any audio in the app
2. Open the Google Maps Navigation mode
3. Choose a designation and start travelling towards that
4. Get to a point where the voice navigation instructs you on the next step

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The NPR audio should duck (temporarily lower the volume) or pause playback when 
the voice nav is active. Currently, both seem to play at full-volume. 

For example of how to implement this correctly, see the RandomMusicPlayer 
sample that comes with the latest SDK.
