Add name to punishment templates #105

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment you have to remember the id of each punishment template or look it up to use it.

Describe the solution you'd like For some names are easier to remember so if names could be used then it would help a few.

Additional context Adding a name should be optional.

Seems that this was already a thing but I overlooked it for some reason.
