Add preview button to MOTD and Announcements #106

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment it is not possible to preview the looks of a motd message or announcement message.

Describe the solution you'd like A button that opens a new tab in your browser which will send you to the kyori webui with the correct mode and input.
