RGB Support for MOTD Visualizer #86

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's annoying that I can't demo my MOTD because we use RGB/HEX colors.

Describe the solution you'd like Add RGB support to the NetworkManager MOTD Visualizer/Preview

Describe alternatives you've considered Making the MOTD and looking at our server in the server list

Additional context Here's an example of our current MOTD

Sidenote: I have noticed that RGB does not work for maintenance MOTDs, but it does work for the standard MOTD.

No longer relevant since legacy colorcodes no longer work in MOTD's.
