DiscordBot - add placeholderAPI placeholder for voice channel #91

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. n/a

Describe the solution you'd like Add a placeholder within NetworkManager-spigot that lets you see what voice channel the user is in. Should parse as something like "Voice-01", and if they aren't in one, just "null" or something like that.

Closing this because it has been added. Referencing #90 because there's a feature there (placeholderapi support) that would complete this feature.
