Ability to export and import in-game language and messages #92

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment it is not able to import or export languages and their messages.

Describe the solution you'd like Export and import languages using json files. Exporting and importing can be done using commands.

The commands /language export and /language import have been added in 2.10.8.
