Add numeric keys in DVBviewer remote #23

Add numeric keys to DVBviewer remote, so I can change to specific channel. 
And/Or add favorites channel list support in the app, for quick switch between 
channels.

You can swipe the RemoteView via Finger. 

The whole Remote thing is something I build 2 years ago, it looks like my first 
app, its not top priority ;-)

Bug status changed to Invalid, because Numeric Keys are already available.

Anyway the remote needs a redesign. But its not top priority
