enhancement: add wake on lan

I think this is a interesting feature , my Pc is usually supended and i have to 
manually wake it up with other program.

After further investigation I changed my mind. The MAC Adress can be found out 
by ip address.
It is easy to implement.

Issue is closed.

There is a beta version in the Play Store.
To become a betatester join this Google Group

Then you have to agree to be a betatester here 
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/org.dvbviewer.controller

As a betatester you can regularly download the app from the Play Store
