New feature: App-specific favourites-list #53

Would be nice to have a "local" favourites list within the app.

Use case: I usually stream just some short list of channels and also SD-version 
of the channels. But on the server side I still like to keep all my HD-channels 
and other channels in favourites. If android app could have a separate 
android-local channel list, that would be nice.
