build from source: default install path shall be /usr/local #12

What problem?
When a user is building this package from source, the default install path 
shall be /usr/local. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit build.sh to define CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local.
2. Build and install the package. 
3. Start the input method, ibus reports /usr/local/share/ibus-sogoupycc can't 
be found.

Please DO NOT report ibus-sogoupycc issues here. They are different projects.

Anyway, since ibus-sogoupycc is deprecated, I will take no action to this issue.
