bump ibus req to 1.3.5 #8

ibus 1.3.5 自带vala的vapi：

rpm -qpl ibus-devel-1.3.5-1mdv2010.1.i586.rpm |grep vala
/usr/share/vala/vapi/ibus-1.0.vapi

可以依赖ibus的vala支持，不用自己维护。

Current vapi is from ibus 1.3.4 git. I will look into details later.

Current ibus-1.0.vapi is same as ibus-1.0.vapi in ibus 1.3.6.

I will update it when ibus has new release.
