Can't change prefix #9

What problem?
我的ibus装在/usr/local，所以想把ibus-cloud-pinyin也装在/usr/local，
但是改了
Makefile里面PREFIX ?= 
/usr/local，结果输入法调不出来，该回/usr后问题解决。

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change Makefile, first line to PREFIX ?= /usr/local
2.make; make install
3.

不要修改 Makefile，如果要改，你要改两个，另一个是 
src/Makefile。

推荐的办法是使用环境变量：

export PREFIX=/usr/local

然后执行 make
