设置短一些的超时以及强化离线模式

1.不知道为何在家用电信一般都是延迟比较多，至少2S。本地�
��库还比较准确，多数时候都比
ibus-pinyin更准确，希望设置超时的时间能更短，大概5s-10s就基
本无法接受了，或者弄成个
选项。在不是长篇文章的输入过程中，比如论坛发帖，等待��
�时间太长了，用本地词库就好了。长
篇的时候还可以接受。

2.现在离线方式还是有些问题的，比如"可能"的输入，不能自�
��断开ke'neng。本地词库的时候不
知道能否默认显示候选此条，因为本地比较快嘛，不过这个��
�额外的，不显示也很不错。

3.希望使用TAB修正的时候，出现候选词条能否用空格默认选中
第一个呢。
