Error in code of Python program to find the brightest point in the image #245

Describe the bug The output should enclose the brightest spot in the image

Location of the bug

  1. Go to 'Uploads'
  2. Click on 'Python programs'
  3. Click on 'bright.py'
  4. See errors in lines 15 & 21

Expected behavior The output image should enclose the brightest spot
