gstreamer can't play rmvb or rm video #111

The current version can't play rmvb video under Windows XP,even though I 
installed Real alternative. I think gstreamer can play these video by adding 
directShow plugins or some necessary codecs.

We'll evaluate this more later, but the directshow plugins are available (built 
and released), so it may be that's there's other plugins we're not compiling. 
If you want this worked on, please identify the exact plugin(s) that's missing 
so we can get it (them) included.

I don't know which the detail plugin(s) to play rmvb video. After testing jmc 
frame of JavaFX, I found that jmc library can play rmvb(or rm) only under the 
support of k-lit codec pack and real alternative, so I think gstreamer should 
add some codecs of real alternative.
