On this note, FFmpeg has a native vp8 encoder/decoder and libvpx shouldn't be 
required anymore. And libvpx under windows, compiled with mingw, is only 
supported statically linked. :/

Anyway we should provide GStreamer's vp8 encoder/decoder too. I'm looking at 
ffmpeg's git repo and I can't find a native vp8 encoder 
(libavcodec/libvpxdec.c).
