GStreamer Core 0.10.23, Base Plugins 0.10.23

I think we should update those module, mostly because I'm trying to add the
the python bindings (0.10.15) and there is some changes in the 'audio' and
'interfaces' libs.
If you don't mind I'll do it as soon as you give me your agreement

When did they release 0.10.23?

Sorry I've been so absent lately - things at work have been extremely hectic 
for me. 
Things should be clearing up a bit within the next few weeks. I've had some 
family 
matters to deal with as well that have been keeping me busy. Thanks for the 
patience 
and what you've done is awesome work. I'm impressed by how quickly you've been 
able 
to pick up the whole build system.
