Config profiles

[ChiriVulpes]

Support creating multiple versions of a config file and switching between them via the main config file.

New default profiles:

• Summoner Replacement:
  • Disabled
  • Enabled, empty Summoners
  • Enabled, Midnight Jewel Summoners
• Creatures:
  • No non-summoned creatures, no drops from non-summoned creatures (currently not possible, but this may change at some point. EG: from Midnight Jewel Summoners)
  • No non-summoned creatures, drops from non-summoned creatures
  • Non-summoned creatures are allowed, no drops from non-summoned creatures
  • Non-summoned creatures are allowed, with drops
