hey. a lot of the art work out there isn't what any individual is specifically interested in, so people tend to skip a lot. I noticed it wont load the next image until you go to the next button. For my fast viewing experience i tend you hold right arrow to go through 50 or 100 images so they become partially loaded, then i hold the left arrow to go to beginning and start my fast viewing experience.
It's a pain in the butt sometimes waiting 2-3 seconds for an image to download and display, especially when it's a low effort art work, or if someone created 20 variations of a low effort art work. I think that it would be smart if the image viewer would pre-load images upcoming in the series in order to minimize loading times.
