Set as the default page of new tab

Thanks for the great effort to make this extension. I would like to set the slideshow as the default page of the new tab. Is it possible to:

keep a default setting and searching so that when the new tab is opened, the page can be auto-loaded and starts the slideshow,
auto-fit the images to the browser width
