Installation scripts are outdated #1

When cloning and installing the current version of this GE, the service cannot run.

The installation script that creates the tables is still creating tables with a single category, while the php scripts are trying to store information with multiple categories since the last few updates.

Installation scripts and installation guide have been updated for R4.4.
