Had a very strange event take place tonight on my FTB Oceanblock server, a player placed an auto chisel block and somehow it caused any and all dropped items to immediately disappear and be deleted. After a restart, this fixed itself but we could not get rid of the auto chisel. creative mode didn't work either, after a block update it would reappear. Got this in the console but just kinda left the block alone after that.

A few days later had another player tried to use the auto chisel and again I could not break it so this time I tried to break it with a RFTools builder with a quarry card and this caused a fatal server crash with a corrupt world (had backup since I knew it was a buggy block) This is the crash report from the crash.
