1.18.2 - Crash on startup #194

Originally thought this was because of the new Chipped update, but was pointed in this direction as it seems to be a CTM issue. I tried a solution in a different issue that suggested backdating didn't work, no versions of CTM seemed to work.

Found my problem in a closed issue after some digging. Caused by my forge version
