Multiplying liquid bits 1.16.5 #1122

I'm getting a issue using chiseled blocks near to a liquid (the chiseled block don't have some bits of it), there is the process of how to replicate it:

The chiseled bits:

Added the water, and instantly covers with water all the chiseled bits:

And it stays there without the water:

Extracting bits without the water (normal as should be):

Now with water AUTOMATICALLY AND INSTANTLY regenerates the bits

I'm playing this mod with the modpack "Create Above and Beyond", however i tried it with only the mod and stills happening

Version: Minecraft 1.16.5 - 1.0.63 Optifine: not necessarily (Tried with it and without it) Modpack: not necessarily (tried with it and without it)

I have that same problem. It's been almost year 2023 to 2024 the chisels and bits in 1.16.5 still have no fix in 2024 the Creator refuse to care about issues in 1.16.5 I had to update my version to 1.19.2 never go to back 1.16.5 version till the Creator will fix this mod in 1.16.5 Need to report bug about water glitched 1.16.5 chisels and bits more
