Port to 1.9

[AlgorithmX2]

• [x] Item stack renders do not work. ( not sure if i'm waiting on something for this, or not. )
• [x] Implement ItemColors and register to fix item colors ( not public yet )
• [x] Insure that Transparent Blocks get their model back ( ModelLoader not ready )
