Describe the bug In phone number field the number should validate to 10digits

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '](https://chit-chat.tech/organization).'
Click on 'In phone number field'
Type 9 digits
See error

Expected behavior It should validate the number Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
