The Mod format is completely arbitrary, I just wanted to get the hard part done. From here it should be able to tweak the format and mess with the display

modlist UI

[x] Refreshing modlist does not clear modlist.
[x] There's also no indication of activity for the initial pull nor the refresh action. It seems like refresh button should grey out during poll.
