Stop panic on no ports to scan #41

This PR fixes the issue when you press s to scan ports, netscanner crashes if there are no ports.

This is fixed by returning, so nothing happens.

I had only just installed it when I started pressing everything on my keyboard in each tab. Found that issue in about 5 minutes, lol. Glad I could help! :)
