Update Readme with Windows installation info? #43

I want to run this on native windows (not WSL). What are the steps?

Perhaps related to #39 ?

Hi @E3V3A,

Yes, Windows support implementation is related to #39 PR, however it's still need some work to be done and part of that work is updated README.md file with instructions and requirements for Windows. This is having big priority for me so please just hold on and I let you know when it's gonna be ready. Unfortunately I have too much work at job and at home so I'd like to ask you for a patience with it. Thanks.
