We've tested quite a few different model structures and versions by now, and some -- but not all -- of them should be included in the article supplementary.
The following is a list of the comparisons that should be re-done with the "final" version of model and data and visualized in the paper:
[x] Different survival priors (other populations, Hoening, meta analysis of all and low-harvest only data)
[x] Different immigration models: unconstrained numbers, naive rate, rate with pooled genetic data, rate with year-specific genetic data
[x] Different genetic data likelihoods: pooled and year-specific using individual and summed likelihoods
[x] Species weighted rodent covariates vs. un-weighted rodent covariates
